Work Environment

The outpatient office in Stafford, Virginia, features a state-of-the-art facility equipped with modern therapy tools and technologies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical condition, limitations, and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to maximize recovery.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and modalities, to facilitate healing and restore function.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve functional goals.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by establishing trust and rapport with patients, helping them feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment journey.
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient goals and optimize care strategies.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on techniques for home exercises and wellness strategies to support ongoing recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Meet organizational utilization goals and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Amber's Physical Therapy LLC.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic challenges, pediatric patients, those recovering from sports injuries, and patients with neurologic conditions. This variety allows for an engaging work experience while deepening your clinical expertise across multiple specialties.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possess a valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.
• Have a Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective patient interactions and documentation.
• Proficient in word processing and basic computer skills to manage patient records and electronic documentation.
• A commitment to building and nurturing relationships with patients and the wider community.
• Ability to engage positively with patients and their families to foster an environment of trust and support.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist is required, with a focus on outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Experience in working with diverse patient populations and conditions will be considered a strong asset.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
