Work Environment\n

This full-time position enables you to work remotely while being an integral part of a supportive and collaborative team. Our operational hours are from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for flexibility with either 4x10 or 5x8 shift options. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy or counseling to clients facing various social and emotional challenges.

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to gather social, personal, environmental, and health information critical for developing effective treatment plans.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental health issues within the parameters of your expertise, focusing on fostering client independence and resilience.
\n
• Design and implement programs that address the social and emotional needs of clients, facilitating access to necessary resources.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention services, including immediate support during acute situations, while connecting clients to local community resources for ongoing assistance.
\n
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients, emphasizing respect, acceptance, and confidentiality.
\n
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of treatment interventions, regularly updating client records according to established protocols for quality assurance.

• Maintain a manageable caseload and ensure that all documentation reflects accurate delivery of services and client progress.

• Participate in professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in social work and mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
