The work setting for this role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience. However, you will also have access to our outpatient office facilities for in-person sessions if desired. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the unique needs of each child and adolescent client.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Provide individual and family psychotherapy, guiding clients through challenges relating to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other issues.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Document all client interactions according to compliance standards, ensuring accurate and timely records are maintained.

• Participate in team meetings and collaborative case reviews to enhance treatment strategies and contribute to a shared vision of client care.

• Utilize various telehealth platforms effectively to provide therapy sessions, ensuring a high standard of client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically targets children and adolescents facing mental health challenges. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and we emphasize creating a safe and welcoming environment for all. Understanding the complexities involved in youth mental health, our therapists employ a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique experiences of younger clients, fostering resilience and healthy coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field with licensed credentials (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) valid in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience specifically working with children and adolescents.

• A strong commitment to professional development and willingness to engage in ongoing training.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

• Proficiency in electronic health records and basic technology skills to manage teletherapy sessions effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A breadth of experience managing various clinical presentations, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, behavioral issues, and mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with education, experience, and performance. Additional performance-based bonuses may be available. This role also includes:
