Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake interviews with new clients to assess their needs and establish rapport, ensuring all client information is accurately documented in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and behavioral challenges.

• Provide crisis management services, including immediate assessments and interventions for clients experiencing acute psychological distress.

• Maintain meticulous progress notes and transfer summaries throughout the therapeutic process, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care, share insights, and develop community resources for preventive mental health services.

• Offer consultation and training to facility staff, equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge to better support clients’ mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
