Bilingual Patient Service Rep - Call Center

Family Health Centers of San Diego is seeking a Patient Service Representative II, Call Center to handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and pre-register patients across our care network. The role works independently with minimal supervision, delivering courteous, accurate information and directing calls efficiently. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1+ year Call Center experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and bilingual Spanish/English skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Family Health Centers of San Diego
