Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and experiences to formulate accurate psychosocial diagnoses for patients.

• Collaborate with patients to create customized, patient-centered treatment plans that address their individual needs and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions, employing techniques such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, problem-solving treatment, and motivational interviewing to assist patients in their recovery.

• Coordinate closely with a diverse team of clinicians, psychologists, and primary care providers to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Proactively track treatment responses and monitor patients' progress, utilizing both in-person and virtual platforms as needed to support their treatment objectives.

• Facilitate psychotropic medication management under the guidance of medical providers, closely monitoring treatment adherence, potential side effects, and overall treatment effectiveness.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily support patients in a detox center environment, where a wide range of mental health and substance use challenges are encountered. Qualifications\n
