Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups designed to address common mental health challenges and foster community engagement.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
