Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while focusing on client care. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility available based on the needs of your clients. By utilizing telehealth services, you will engage with clients through secure video conferencing, ensuring their comfort and privacy are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' needs, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused techniques to create individualized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your methods to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate records of client sessions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic and coordinated care to clients.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights, enhance best practices, and ensure consistent quality of care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources, empowering them to participate actively in their care.

• Stay informed on the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in mental health to continually improve the effectiveness of provided care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Simply Being Care, you will be working with a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
