Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs and mental health circumstances.

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that reflect client needs, therapy goals, and measurable outcomes.

• Actively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case discussions, and contributing insights that enhance overall client treatment strategies.

• Staying informed of best practices in mental health treatment and participating in continuing education to maintain licensure and expertise.

• Documenting all therapy sessions and case notes in a timely manner while adhering to HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• License: A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in good standing.

• Pre-employment Requirements: Candidates must pass tuberculosis screenings, background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
