Description – Responsibilities Awaiting You

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate results meticulously for precision, diagnose discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments undergo regular maintenance and calibration.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Document all related procedures diligently, guide new team members or interns, and maintain the highest lab quality standards.
• Uphold laboratory safety and cleanliness, following all regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification must be achieved within one year of joining.
• Must maintain certification throughout your tenure with us.
