GFT Ready Mix in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an organized HR Assistant to support onboarding, records, benefits and HR systems for a full-time, in-person role. You will handle candidate communications, maintain employee data in Paylocity, and assist with benefits and compliance tasks. The successful candidate will have 1–2 years of HR/administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
