Facility Assistant Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) is seeking Facility Assistants to join our team in Virden, MB, with opportunities available for candidates at all levels of experience – Facility Assistant I, II, or III. Learning and Development Programs Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program RRSP Matching Wellness Program Company Events Your Role Contributing to the movement of grain by loading/unloading shipments Collecting and testing grain samples Handling and delivering crop input products Regular facility maintenance and housekeeping Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment Performing exceptional customer service duties Qualifications Experience with general labour, preferably in agriculture and/or farming Experience working in a customer service role is a plus Valid driver’s license Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.)
