Senior Sales Enablement Manager

To enhance the effectiveness of the global sales organization, the full-time Senior Sales Enablement Manager will oversee the development and execution of learning and enablement programs, collaborating with sales leaders and internal teams to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary training and resources for success. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and enablement strategy in partnership with global sales leaders Facilitate onboarding and continuous training for new hires and existing sales staff through hands-on workshops and structured learning paths Design and implement a KPI framework to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and drive results Required qualifications: Minimum of 10 years' experience in a high-performing sales environment, with at least 5 years in sales enablement or training roles Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Technical experience with sales enablement tools, including Gong, and proficiency in learning management systems Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and customer needs, with a focus on cyber security concepts Proven ability to design innovative training programs and leverage new technologies to enhance learning
