## DescriptionAs our **Consumer Loan Documentation Specialist** II, you will hold responsibility for preparing consumer loan documents and reviewing closed loan commitments on new, renewed, refinanced, and modified Consumer and Consumer Real Estate credit transactions. If you have a keen attention to detail and enjoy working in a collaborative environment – we want to hear from you! This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM. **Hours vary depending on business needs.** **What you’ll need to be our Consumer Loan Documentation Specialist II:*** High School Diploma or GED.* Three-plus years of loan documentation experience or three-plus years of equivalent experience.* Familiarity with the Uniform Commercial Code; Regulations B, C, and Z; RESPA; the Fair Credit Reporting Act; the Flood Disaster Protection Act; and other federal and state regulations related to lending, consumer compliance, and commercial lending policies.* Proficient in Microsoft products, including Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as other job-related programs from generating loan documents.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.**Why you’ll enjoy working at Mabrey:*** Commitment to community investment and engagement.* Family owned and locally operated.* Dedication to team member learning and development.* Visible leadership with a commitment to service.**What you’ll do as a Consumer Loan Documentation Specialist II:*** Provide application information and disclosure requirements to appropriate parties.* Analyze loan applications, commitment/loan worksheets for proposed loan transactions and closed loan transactions.* Adhere to Mabrey’s *EXCEED* Customer Service Standards.* Facilitate loan closings in collaboration with the Lending Line and title companies to ensure precise closing disclosures.* Uphold courteous and professional communications with teammates and customers.**Who We Are:**Mabrey Bank is dedicated to providing the personalized service of a family-owned bank, while delivering financial offerings and technologies of larger, national institutions.
