This role involves managing patient interactions primarily via phone and email, coordinating insurance verification and claims processes under supervision, and providing excellent customer service. • Schedule patient appointments efficiently
• Manage patient check-ins and maintain records
• Verify patient insurance information and assist with claims processing
• Handle billing and payments accurately

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
