Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs, including evaluating their mental, emotional, and social situations to identify appropriate interventions.

• Foster therapeutic alliances with clients by building trust and offering support, promoting their engagement in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our hospice center, you will primarily serve clients who are dealing with life-altering conditions, as well as their families. This may include providing emotional support surrounding grief, loss, and the stress associated with serious illnesses. You will leverage your expertise to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care that addresses both psychological and emotional needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, equipping you with the theoretical framework necessary for clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
