Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ strengths and needs, employing evidence-based diagnostic tools.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health issues, ensuring client progress is closely monitored.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other professionals to coordinate care and enhance client wellness.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources, support services, and legal assistance as necessary.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment modalities, and progress notes in electronic health records systems.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences aimed at reviewing client cases and refining treatment approaches based on team feedback.

Qualifications\n
