Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement detailed, individualized treatment plans that establish clear therapeutic goals and interventions to enhance client outcomes.

• Coordinate care effectively by collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a seamless therapeutic experience for clients.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to provide enrichment and support.

• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment, implementing safety plans as needed to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience, with additional bonuses based on performance metrics.
