Client Success Manager
USI Insurance Services
USI Insurance Services is seeking a benefits professional to manage and retain a book of assigned small employee benefits accounts. You will serve as clients’ day-to-day contact and coordinate with carriers and internal teams to deliver accurate, timely service. Responsibilities include servicing high-volume accounts, handling renewals, educating clients on ERISA/COBRA/FMLA/5500s, and preparing client applications. A life and disability license and 3–5 years in employee benefits are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
