Our team consists of experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), all dedicated to promoting wellness and optimizing patient outcomes.

Work Environment

The role is onsite, allowing you to directly engage with patients in a hands-on manner. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific goals and needs.
• Implement and manage cost-effective treatment strategies that focus on restoring movement and reducing pain without reliance on medications or surgical interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to foster optimal recovery.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, managing a patient load of one patient per hour while ensuring quality care.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and therapeutic modalities tailored to individual fitness and wellness needs.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient care provided, including treatment plans, progress notes, and communications.
• Promote patient education and self-management techniques to empower clients in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists, to provide integrated patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on orthopedic patients, many of whom seek rehabilitation services for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. You'll engage with individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions, employing tailored strategies that address their unique challenges and goals. Your involvement will directly contribute to their improved mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and overall function.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A clear professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic manual therapy techniques.
• Skilled in developing and conducting customized exercise programs for diverse patient populations.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings, ideally within a sports medicine rehabilitation center.
• Experience with evidence-based practice methods and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
