Job Type Full-time The Role: This position is for someone who has managerial and hands on skills and who has the ability to hire, supervise and direct Handypersons and contractors at a high-end social club and residential community. Job specifications are as follows Basic to advanced knowledge and the ability to oversee the repairs and maintenance of: Flooring Carpeting Painting Plastering Drywall Wall coverings Appliances Windows Doors Electrical Plumbing HVAC Porter Maintenance Record keeping Necessary Skills And Certifications FDNY Certificates of Fitness, if requested, must be obtained within a timely manner Moderate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.) Interpersonal skills Ability to climb ladders Ability to lift 50 lbs Schedule Monday – Friday Salary and Benefits $90,000.00 This position will require the capability to perform front of house client/contractor liaison meetings and/or discussions regarding the above outlined topics to best serve the client in a high-end social club and residential community in midtown Manhattan, NY.
