About The Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Client Success / Account Manager to manage existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities. The role requires strong relationship management, account growth ownership, and stakeholder engagement across senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Gain deep understanding of the organization's service offerings
• Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Ensure regular communication to understand client needs and expectations
• Manage and resolve escalations effectively
• Engage with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Participate in client meetings, events, and roadshows as required

Required Experience & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Account Management / Client Success
• Experience working with IT Services Company/IT Solutions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to grow and retain client accounts
• Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
