Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop appropriate, tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to support clients in their healing journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring that all documentation supports effective treatment continuity.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
