Work Environment\n

This position allows for a hybrid work schedule, combining the benefits of telemedicine with in-person patient interactions. You will be working 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that adapts to both your needs and those of our patients. Notably, this role offers no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekend shifts, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to gauge mental health status, diagnose when necessary, and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Develop individualized care plans that integrate cultural considerations and address the unique needs of each patient. Regularly monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and reports using current technology and in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive treatment plans that align with patient goals and desired outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients about their mental health conditions, facilitating informed participation in their own care.
\n
• Serve as a resource for students, interns, and professional colleagues by providing mentoring and education, while engaging in peer-to-peer clinical collaboration and chart auditing.

• Establish and nurture relationships with other healthcare providers, referral agencies, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care pathways for patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a mental health setting.

• Ability to perform physical tasks related to patient care, including mobility (standing, walking, bending), and lift up to 25 pounds.

• This job classification does not involve exposure to blood-borne pathogens during regular duties.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with experience in outpatient mental health care, collaborative treatment planning, and experience with diverse populations will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms will enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
