As a Business Development Sales Agent , you are the first connection between customers and the Ferguson Superstore experience. Your role is to engage customers, generate opportunities, and help guide them toward the perfect vehicle.

• Connect with customers through phone, internet, and digital leads

• Build relationships and create excitement about our vehicles and services

• Manage and track leads to ensure every opportunity is followed up quickly and professionally

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales goals

• Support our product specialists to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and schedule appointments for our sales team

• Perform outbound calls to our customer base to generate new opportunities

• Strong communication and people skills

• Organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks

• Positive attitude with a competitive drive to succeed

• Comfortable with computers and basic math
