Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, families, and groups to establish individualized treatment plans.

• Provide a range of psychotherapy interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients achieve their goals.

• Facilitate effective communication regarding treatment plans and progress among interdisciplinary team members through documentation and regular team meetings.

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in addressing the varying needs of clients across age groups, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

• Serve as a case manager for assigned clients, coordinating care with community resources and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

• Maintain ethical, timely, and accurate documentation of all sessions and client interactions in compliance with department procedures.

• Engage in ongoing supervision sessions and professional development opportunities to continually enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
