Desired Skills and Experience:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings is highly valued

• Solid organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement customized therapy plans that address IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate interventions throughout the school day
• Provide guidance and education to staff and caregivers to support carryover of therapy goals
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation on student progress and services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams
