Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, focusing on enhancing clients' mental health and emotional well-being.

• Facilitate discussions with clients regarding their emotions, thoughts, and experiences to promote self-awareness and personal growth.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, helping them articulate their goals and find pathways to achieve them.

• Assess clients’ mental health status and design tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, drawing upon your clinical expertise.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and maintaining accurate client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with have been carefully screened to ensure stability; thus, you will primarily engage with low-acuity, stable adults. Clients are encouraged to actively participate in their treatment journey, fostering a strong sense of ownership over their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess a full, unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses; candidates must not have any disciplinary actions on their record.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach in communication with clients is essential.

• Proficiency in using computers and relevant software for virtual counseling and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While any experience in counseling is valuable, we highly prefer candidates who have prior experience in delivering therapy to adult populations and those who have worked within a remote environment. Experience with solution-focused therapy models and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be considered advantageous.
