Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments by meeting with clients to evaluate their mental health, including understanding their backgrounds and identifying key issues affecting their well-being.

• Design tailored therapeutic plans that align with each client's unique needs, ensuring evidence-based practices are utilized to support their recovery journey.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and client-centered approaches to facilitate client growth.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate comprehensive care and provide referrals as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, many of whom may be facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
