Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will take on a range of responsibilities tailored to improve client outcomes and support our treatment ethos. Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Developing personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies, ensuring alignment with established best practices.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting approaches based on evolving client needs.

• Maintaining detailed and compliant clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
