Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to enhance clients' mental well-being.

• Advocate for clients by helping them set and articulate their counseling goals while providing the necessary guidance to reach these objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client caseload will primarily consist of stable adults seeking support for low-acuity mental health concerns. Each client is thoroughly screened prior to booking sessions, ensuring you will not have to work with severe mental health cases. We strategically match you with clients who align with your area of expertise and demographic preferences to optimize the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will hold:

• A Master's degree in areas such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, valid licensure by Arizona state, maintaining good standing to practice independently. Acceptable licenses include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD $90,000 and $104,000 annually, depending on your availability and hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
