Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments using evidence-based methodologies to evaluate psychological disorders, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention- Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, PTSD, and grief.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals based on clients' unique needs and circumstances.

• Foster an open and non-judgmental counseling environment, establishing a strong therapeutic alliance with clients to encourage trust and rapport.

• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions through virtual platforms, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients' mental health journeys.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of clinical services rendered, including progress notes and treatment summaries, while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Periodic evaluations of intervention effectiveness, making necessary modifications to optimize treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n
