The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality pastries using a variety of techniques and ingredients. Responsibilities Shift starting at 11:30am with baking and decorating all the pastries needed Ensure safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are always met Pay attention to detail and consistently produce visually appealing pastries Follow recipes accurately and scale ingredients as needed Efficiently manage production schedules and meet deadlines Demonstrate expertise in techniques such as lamination and baking Maintain a positive and outgoing attitude Motivated to continuously improve skills and learn new techniques Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong time management skills to meet production goals Must be able to work early mornings and on weekends if necessary Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and work on feet for long periods of time Qualifications Previous experience in a bakery or pastry shop Knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries If you are a dedicated and skilled Baker - Pastry looking to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced bakery environment, we encourage you to apply for this position at Saint Honoré Bakery.
