Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to accurately determine client needs and create individualized treatment plans based on clinical evidence and client goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions and support, which may include individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling, adhering to established clinical best practices.

• Perform ongoing case management, including monitoring client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers.

• Engage with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department to ensure compliance with authorization and payment processes, facilitating seamless client care.

• Deliver educational workshops and resources to clients, empowering them with information about community services and mental health resources to support their overall well-being.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with facility standards and licensing requirements.

• Provide mentorship and clinical support to other team members, particularly in the absence of supervisory staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

You will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload management.
