Salary Range: $120k - $130k annual salary + benefits + uncapped commission structure

Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%.

\n

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to sell critical power equipment, including transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and electrical power distribution equipment, into large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.

\n

This role will focus on one of two verticals: Manufacturing (industrial, automotive, and semiconductor facilities) or Digital Infrastructure (data centers, hyperscalers, colocation providers, and telecom infrastructure).

\n

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in electrical equipment sales, established customer relationships, and experience managing complex, long-cycle projects involving technical decision-makers, EPCs, electrical contractors, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Develop and grow strategic customer accounts within the assigned industry vertical.
\n
• Sell transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and electrical distribution equipment.
\n
• Build relationships with EPCs, electrical contractors, distributors, OEMs, developers, and end customers.
\n
• Identify new projects, develop sales pipelines, and convert opportunities into orders.
\n
• Engage customers during project design and specification stages to position products.
\n
• Interpret electrical one-line diagrams, MEP drawings, and construction specifications; perform material takeoffs.
\n
• Prepare and review technical proposals, quotations, and commercial terms.
\n
• Coordinate with engineering, quoting, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams.

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• 5+ years of experience selling transformers, switchgear, or critical power equipment.
\n
• Established relationships with relevant customers and channel partners.
\n
• Experience managing complex B2B capital equipment sales.
\n
• Ability to understand electrical one-line diagrams, MEP drawings, and technical specifications.
\n
• Knowledge of high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical distribution systems.
\n
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
\n
