As a licensed clinical social worker working remotely, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining a full-time commitment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the emotional, mental, and social needs of clients, particularly focusing on the senior population.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, ensuring alignment with their individual goals and preferences.

• Provide ongoing counseling and emotional support to clients as they navigate various life transitions, challenges, and conditions such as anxiety and depression.

• Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring they gain access to necessary community resources and services for their well-being.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and caregivers, to coordinate and enhance comprehensive care delivery.

• Regularly visit clients to monitor their well-being, assess living conditions, and proactively address safety concerns.

• Facilitate constructive communication among family members, helping to resolve conflicts and improve overall care dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
