This role is designed to be remote, allowing for flexibility in your daily schedule while maintaining a Monday through Friday workweek from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for clients, including individuals, couples, and families, using a variety of assessment tools such as interviews, observations, and standardized tests to identify specific mental health needs.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic treatment plans by collaborating with clients, ensuring that their unique goals and needs are prioritized in every session.

• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage in clinical team meetings weekly to discuss patient cases, share insights, and create a cohesive approach to treatment across disciplines.

• Provide crisis counseling when necessary, utilizing your skills to stabilize clients in need of immediate support.

• Facilitate outreach counseling and conduct sessions in various community settings, such as schools and through home visits, to extend our reach and accessibility.

• Lead specialized counseling groups or workshops on topics such as depression management, anger management, and parenting skills, depending on your expertise and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Irenics Mental Healthcare, you will work with a diverse client population ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Our clients face a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and adjustment disorders. Your role will involve not only therapeutic interventions but also advocacy and education, as you empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in Washington State is mandatory, along with a master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral science.

Compensation and Benefits\n
