AHRC NYC is seeking an Employment Case Manager for their Bronx Employment Business Services (EBS) Pathway to Employment Program. SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (35 hours/week), with occasional evenings and weekends for recruitment events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and conduct person centered services for people enrolled in Pathway to Employment and Community Based Prevocational services Conduct individual (one-on-one) and group activities for program participants with focus on discovering and developing individual strengths related to employment skills Provide excellent customer service to participants and community partners Develop and maintain relationships with funding sources, service providers, schools, training sites, employers, participants, and families Ensure compliance with program requirements and regulations Required Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently when needed Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Experience instructing, coaching, or mentoring program participants Preferred 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Valid NY or Tri-State driver's license in good standing Experience driving a small van FREE Medical insurance!
