Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health needs, discussing their personal history and current concerns.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on client-specific goals, employing strategies that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients using solution-focused techniques, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and other therapeutic modalities to support their growth.

• Utilize teletherapy software to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may not be able to attend in-person visits.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during high-stress situations, helping clients stabilize their mental health in real time.

• Engage consistently in professional development opportunities to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health best practices and therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, showing a genuine commitment to client care and support.

• Exemplary organizational skills and effective time management abilities to balance client loads efficiently.

• No history of disciplinary actions or ethical violations on your professional record.
