Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through telehealth platforms, gathering information to analyze clients' mental health status effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Back to Life Psychotherapy Services, you will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, including those dealing with substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. You will work with individuals and groups from various backgrounds, emphasizing cultural competence and sensitivity in therapy to accommodate the unique challenges faced by each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling.
\n
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and an appreciation for cultural diversity in therapy.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to engage diverse populations effectively.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress accurately.

Compensation and Benefits\n
