Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, utilizing a variety of assessment tools and methodologies.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with the therapeutic goals established with the client, focusing on enhancing personal growth.

• Provide individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy, adjusting approaches as needed for each client’s situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population encompasses adults, adolescents, and families facing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Counselors will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, which may include individuals experiencing socio-economic hardships or those in underserved communities. This role requires cultural competence and an understanding of the varying dynamics that affect mental health access and treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; however, candidates with a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology will be prioritized.

Compensation and Benefits\n
