Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand and evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals, ensuring regular updates and revisions as needed.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, effectively employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to foster a multidisciplinary approach to client care that enhances recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Enfolding Arms, you will work with a diverse clientele primarily focusing on individuals facing addiction and related mental health issues. This includes providing trauma-informed care and emotional support for clients experiencing crises such as acute stress, depression, and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory for this position.

• An active and independent LMHC license in New York State is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
