Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities appropriate for diverse client populations.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on progress.

• Utilize secure teletherapy methods to accommodate clients who may face accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive uninterrupted support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal requirements.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to foster continuous professional development and share insights with colleagues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
