Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular telehealth sessions with clients using secure digital platforms, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Assist in the development of personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Collaborate with team members through case discussions to share insights and best practices that enhance the quality of care.
\n
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations and organizational standards.
\n
• Participate in professional development opportunities and utilize resources for Continuous Education Units (CEUs) necessary for maintaining licensure.
\n
• Engage in outreach to ensure client engagement and retention, working to build strong therapeutic relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our dedicated therapists primarily serve adolescent and young adult clients grappling with a spectrum of mental health challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, substance use issues, and various trauma-related conditions. With a maximum of 8 clients per group session, clinicians can forge meaningful connections and provide in-depth therapeutic work that fosters long-term healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
\n
• Licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT is essential for the position, with support provided to junior-licensed professionals seeking supervision.
\n
• Availability to work between 12 and 40 hours per week is expected, depending on whether you choose a contract (1099) or W2 employment arrangement.
\n
• For W2 employment, full-time availability during office hours, including evenings and weekends for group sessions, is required.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a therapy setting is highly preferred, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

• Familiarity with telehealth tools and techniques that enhance client engagement in a virtual environment.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively communicate client needs.

• Experience in developing treatment plans tailored to individual client requirements and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
