This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small-team environment, takes ownership of their work, and is always looking for ways to make processes more efficient and effective.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day accounts receivable process, including customer invoicing, account maintenance, and payment applicationPrepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and timelyMonitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with customers on outstanding balancesConduct customer collections and maintain professional, effective communication with customers regarding past-due invoicesCreate AR aging reports, create and maintain saved searches, and analyze customer/account informationReconcile customer accounts and assist with month-end close activitiesPartner with internal teams to transition responsibilities to appropriate partiesMaintain accurate customer records and documentationIdentify opportunities to improve AR processes, reporting, and workflowsSupport other accounting and finance activities as needed in a small-team environmentRequirements5+ years of accounts receivable experienceHands-on experience with NetSuite, including reporting and creating saved searchesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and follow-up skillsComfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a small teamStrong problem-solving skills and a high level of accountabilityAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesA continuous-improvement mindset with an interest in finding better, more efficient ways to workProficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google SheetsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is hands-on, resourceful, and takes ownership.
