Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy using evidence-based modalities, tailored specifically to the goals and needs of each client.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to support clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in alignment with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and integrated care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for clients' rights and accessibility to care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass a diverse client base, ranging from children and adolescents to adults of all socioeconomic backgrounds. Many clients face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in helping them develop coping strategies and tools for fostering resilience in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Demonstrated strength in clinical assessment and diagnostic competencies.

• A minimum of two years of related therapeutic experience is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Clinical experience in outpatient settings is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually.
