Orbital is recruiting a Founding West Coast Sales Manager to hire and lead the LA-based Account Executive team. This role builds from scratch, writing the playbook, shaping a high-performance culture, and partnering with RevOps, Enablement, and Marketing to scale our US footprint after Series B. As a founding hire, you’ll establish the West Coast presence, drive process, and coach AEs to hit ambitious quotas.
