Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversight of clinical care for a diverse caseload, ensuring that each client receives competent and empathetic treatment.

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, performing comprehensive assessments and preparing detailed treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients consist of individuals from diverse backgrounds seeking help for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other psychological disorders. You will work closely with clients of all ages, ensuring that therapy is personalized to resonate with each individual’s unique experiences and challenges. Your work is integral in helping clients attain personal growth, improved well-being, and independence.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.

• Licensure as a mental health professional, such as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required.

• Proficiency in assessment procedures, therapeutic techniques, and crisis intervention methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a one-time sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 and performance-based bonuses that can accumulate to an additional $2,000 based on licensure. Benefits also include:
