Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing screenings to understand clients' substance abuse history and mental health challenges using established evaluation protocols.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances, integrating therapeutic techniques that address both substance abuse and mental health issues.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) or DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to encourage recovery and personal growth.

• Collaborate with a variety of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care.

• Involve and educate clients’ families in the recovery process, creating a supportive network that encourages positive change.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to track client progress and ensure compliance.

Qualifications\n

• Valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Specialized training or significant experience in addiction counseling or treating substance use disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
