Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to accurately identify mental health conditions and an individual’s specific needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions that incorporate therapeutic techniques tailored to improve each client's emotional and psychological well-being.

• Facilitate group therapy or family therapy sessions to promote shared experiences and support within a group dynamic.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Harris Behavioral Health Center, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 95,000 per year, with opportunities for a sign-on bonus.
